The 256GB model is on sale for $849.00 and the 512GB model is available for $1,049.00. These deals beat the previous prices by about $50, and you don't need to be a My Best Buy Plus or Total member to get them.

"Every model" of 13.3" MacBook Air except those with 16GB of RAM. So, actually, only half of the models are on sale.

If it wasn't a major issue of contention Apple wouldn't have reverted back to using dual chips in the M3 model so...

And by much slower I mean literally HALF the performance.
Which is what, milliseconds? Apple went back to the single Nand because of all the techie nerds in the world that said it was bad. It was getting bad press for them. The reality is, half as slow is still blazing fast. Go out to alil the major retailers that sell the M2 air and read the reviews. You will rarely find anyone who says their computer is slow. That’s because we’re all regular people who don’t care what the techie influencers say. My M2 MacBook Air is blazing fast and does everything I need it to do. $849 is a steal for what you’re getting!

Good price. No particular reason to buy M3 version. M2 Air is a very good laptop.

Define much slower because I have one and it’s plenty fast for every day use. Don’t let the whole NAND thing dissuade you from buying this notebook folks. For $849, it’s a great deal. FYI, Costco also has it on sale for the same price and they offer a 90 day return policy.
