Apple Music Gaining Ability to Pin Your Favorite Playlists, Albums, and Artists in iOS 26

Apple today revealed a few major updates coming to Apple Music later this year in iOS 26, including the ability to pin content you return to frequently.

Apple calls this feature "Music pins," and it'll let you pin playlists, albums, and artists at the top of your Library tab.

‌Apple Music‌ is also gaining lyrics translation and lyrics pronunciation, so that it's easier to listen to and appreciate music from all over the world.

There's also a new "AutoMix" feature that uses intelligence to transition from one song to the next like a DJ.

so still no equalizer ... :( ... also would love to be able to turn off all curated content, I just want my own library and maybe the curated stuff could be in a tab somewhere...

if only we can get a real EQ and have it save states for each bluetooth device! why is this so difficult apple?! isn't this a music player? devices had this in the early 00s.

Lyrics translation is a nice addition. Will definitely use it for sure in the future once I update my devices.

How about instead of this they make playlists that go on forever instead of repeating the same 20 songs or so. Any Apple Music playlist i play starts repeating songs shortly after I start it. Use some of that ai on music selection instead of mixing between songs
