Opened in 2014, the Livat Centre is one of the most popular shopping malls in Beijing. The mall has a Scandinavian design and is anchored by IKEA, as a result of being owned by Sweden's Ingka Group, the world's largest IKEA franchisee.

To celebrate the store's upcoming opening, Apple has shared a special wallpaper for the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as well as a special Apple Watch face.

The white background doesn't really match with the level of air pollution in Beijing 😷.
You've not been to Beijing either ever or in recent years. The air is crystal clear... as it is in dozens of cities we visited this fall. China has more renewable energy than the entire rest of the world... and has massive electric car adoptation... easily seen by their green (cheaper as an incentive) license plates.

It’s interesting to note that Apple is staying away from their original 6 color logo, I guess it’s just the times we’re living in… 😕

The white background doesn't really match with the level of air pollution in Beijing 😷.
In 2024 China reached a new record of opening coal fired power plants. Strange how Greta (or any other nation for that matter) never calls them out, or goes and protests about the pollution they spew annually, while the rest of the world is being told by the UN that we need to pay taxes on pollution. The hypocrisy is palpable.
