Why do the majority of Apple Arcade games look cartoonish. Are the devs allowed to make games with realistic graphics catered to adults?

Didn’t play this game yet, but with Spyder and all those games Arcade is becoming one of the best services in gaming industry.

You'd hope that with the power of Apple's A-series SoCs and DualShock 4/Xbox One gamepad support that there might be triple-A level of games such as Witcher 3, Skyrim or Doom on Apple Arcade's library.

😂😂😂how? Oceanhorn was the only thing worth playing and the ending sucked. I cancelled right after I beat it. Now I discovered Nvidia GeForce Now
My whole family disagree. I guess you don’t have kids. I have a PlayStation where I play console games but most people don’t need one.
