Apple Releases First Public Beta of macOS Ventura 13.2

Apple today seeded the first beta of macOS Ventura 13.2 to its public beta testing group, letting the general public try out the new features ahead of the software's release. The public beta comes one day after Apple provided the beta to developers.

Public beta testers can download the macOS 13.2 Ventura update from the Software Update section of the System Preferences app after installing the proper profile from Apple's beta software website.

macOS Ventura 13.2 introduces support for protecting an Apple ID with a physical security key, such as a Yubikey. The physical security key is used for two-factor authentication when signing into your ‌Apple ID‌ on a new device, on iCloud, or on other Apple websites, and it replaces device codes.

Apple says that physical security keys offer an additional layer of protection for those who are concerned about their Apple IDs being accessed.

Half baked OS betas continues...I wish they make Stage Manager work with all apps and let people arrange everything by dragging and drpping. Right now it only works with Apple apps and that too doesn't work with Finder and Safari very well. This is pathetic from Apple engineers...
Stage Manger is only a presentation/collaboration tool, not a substitution for using MacOS GUI. I've never felt the need to use it. If I was into marketing presentations or doing VTC all the time that might be different.

Stage Manager is awesome - but fully impractical for a GUI on a day to day basis both on Mac and iPad.
I want to like it, I do like it.... I cannot live with it though.

This reminds me of a relationship long ago.... 🤔

See 8.11 here TinkerTool System ('http://www.bresink.com/osx/301031383/history.html')
You initially wrote "There are bugs in the helper application in 13.1 and 13.2 as long as you don't plan to use some maintenance and system utilities you should be ok."

To repeat... What "helper application"? Nothing in the TinkerTool release notes say anything about any such thing.

Could you possibly get any vaguer? What "helper" application? What maintenance and system utilities?
