Apple Shares Important Notice for iPhone 14 Plus Owners
Apple has shared important news for iPhone 14 Plus owners.
Apple this week announced a new iPhone 14 Plus service program for a camera-related issue.

Apple said the rear camera on a "very small percentage" of iPhone 14 Plus devices may not show a preview when taking a photo or recording a video. Affected devices were manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2024, according to the company.
You can use the serial number checker on Apple's website to check if your iPhone 14 Plus is eligible for this worldwide program. If it is, Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will repair the device, free of charge. The program covers eligible iPhone 14 Plus devices for three years after the first retail sale of the device.
iPhone 14 Plus owners who paid for a rear camera repair due to this specific issue can contact Apple about a refund, the company said.
No other iPhone models are eligible for this program, including the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, according to Apple.
More details about the program, including how to get service, are available on Apple's website.
