Apple's site updated with the announcement/release of Director MX for Mac OS X.

    Updated to run on Mac OS X, Director MX lets you mix and integrate more media than ever before. Options include interactive 2D and 3D animation, RealVideo, RealAudio, MP3, bitmaps, vectors, text, custom fonts and Macromedia Flash MX files. Plus, you can use QuickTime 6 to add MPEG4 streaming.

Director MX for OS X is due for delivery in December.
