I got message "This software is not supported on your system." I have MBA 2011 model. version 10.7. I used manual install.

Considering it says its for the new MBA and MBP models, thats not at all surprising.

This new update when i try to open the installer I am seeing that it's only for 10.7.4 or higher? I am using the GM of 10.8 (dev account)

I like how the update package contains over 60MB of desktop images and user icons.
I can't think of any remote reason why these would need changing/updating...
Doing a quick check on a 10.7.4 machine without this update, they're identical in size, resolution, everything. I'm also curious what the point for this is.

EDIT: Looking further into the pkg, this seems to update Dock.app and various supporting files, frameworks, and bundles.
