iPhone X Launches in 13 More Countries on November 24

by

Apple today announced that the iPhone X will be available to customers in Albania, Bosnia, Cambodia, Kosovo, Macau, Macedonia, Malaysia, Montenegro, Serbia, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, and Turkey beginning Friday, November 24.

Apple also said the iPhone X will be available to customers in Israel beginning Thursday, November 23, one day earlier.

In all of the countries and territories, the iPhone X will be sold by authorized third-party resellers and carriers. Apple also operates two retail stores in Turkey, at Zorlu Center and Akasya Acıbadem, and one in Macau at Galaxy Macau.

iPhone X will also be available through Apple's online store in some of the countries, with prices varying based on local currencies.

Malaysia — starting at RM 5,149
South Korea — starting at ₩1,420,000
Thailand — starting at ฿40,500
Turkey — starting at 6.099 TL

Given that online orders are estimated to ship in 3-4 weeks in countries where the iPhone X has already launched, coupled with limited in-store availability, supplies will likely be low in the second wave of launch countries as well.

They cant keep up with orders people have already made, how can they open in other countries. People in the additional countries will get theirs before i can get mine that i have already ordered. Sigh

Why are you more important than them? Apple are right to open the gates. The strong demand makes people go wild and Apple sell more. Supply and demand 101

I ordered mine at 08.04 (UK) on 27/10/17 and was greeted with 13/11/17 to 20/11/17 delivery window.
I've still not seen any progress other than ‘processing’.
Just a frustrated rant!

Still processing pre-orders made in the first minutes after launch and they expand to other countries? That's how you piss off customers like me who are still waiting for the "fake" 2-3 weeks that ships after 4-5 weeks between 21-28 November...

I feel you! Ordered when it was still 3rd November, but once I checked out it was 2-3 weeks, which actually means 4-5 weeks since it will be 21-28. Super pissed right now, but can't to anything about that.

At least you are not as pissed as I was. I cancelled my preorder less than 24 hours ago and I am not planning to buy the iPhone X this year. I know it won't make a difference but it seems like I am not the only one that is pissed off. Let's hope they'll learn something from this experience by the time they launch the next iPhone in the fall of 2018. I will be buying that one and hopefully the preordering page better work flawless, not like it did this year.
