I'm wondering who is going to buy even discounted electronics with so many people out of work ?
I’m guessing the people who are not out of work?

Anyone willing to drop $699 on an iPad might as well pay the extra $100 and get the new one with the updates.

I hope those looking to pull the trigger on a 2018 version are at least savvy enough to go with an Apple refurb for an even bigger discount of $250. Having the full year warranty makes that a no-brainer.
