Satechi today announced the launch of the Aluminum Stand & Hub for iPad, which is designed to combine the portability of a tablet with the capabilities of a desktop in a unique foldable form factor.
There are six available ports in the Aluminum Stand & Hub, including a 4K HDMI port that supports up to 60Hz, a USB-C PD charging port, a USB-A data port, an SD card reader, a micro SD card reader, and an audio jack.
The Aluminum Stand & Hub is meant to elevate the iPad Pro off of a desk, turning it into a functional workstation with multiple viewing angle options. Attached to the stand, the iPad can be used as a main screen, a secondary screen, a drawing canvas, or a hub for FaceTiming friends and family.

Update — 10 a.m. Pacific Time: Apple has released iOS 27.
During its iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo event last week, Apple announced that iOS 27 will be released widely on Monday, September 14.
iOS 27 should be available around 10 a.m. Pacific Time / 1 p.m. Eastern Time today via the Settings app, under General → Software Update.

As noted by Nicolas Lellouche, who writes for the French tech website Numerama, Apple has updated its tech specs pages for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max to clarify which models are equipped with its new C2 cellular modem and where.

AngerDanger was being funny. Neither the current MacBook Air or Pro have HDMI, USBA, SD, micro SD, a touchscreen or support for Apple Pencil.
I'm sure it will be welcome by some users. My favorite still is their Aluminum Desktop Stand, which is amazing! I like the fact it can be adjusted to almost every angle, so it's comfortable to use with the Apple Pencil to draw, signed documents or edit photos.
