When I brought up the charge back, they threaten to black list me for all future purchases and warranty service.

WTF?!
What horrible customer service. If it was me I would cancel the entire order (save your email correspondence), and if they say no, call your credit card company and initiate the chargeback. They can’t force you to pay for and keep the extra charger. Or if you still want your order then tell your CC company that you only ordered 1 unit and that they billed you for 2, and refused to correct your order

I just placed the order for a single charger. Unbeknownst to me, the order confirmation page charged me for 2 chargers. Well, as the luck would have it, the customer service cannot cancel the order nor make the correction. I will have to pay for the return shipping.

Buyers be ware and double check!
Wow that’s sketchy. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a situation where you contact customer service before the order ships and they refuse to correct the order. I would be calling my credit card company, and/or letting customer service know that I will be charging back the amount for the second charger if they don’t refund me
