Raising the prices on all these services makes me sad. I liked the idea that we pay a premium for the hardware and get services and software at reasonable prices. My personal protest is to never buy hardware directly from Apple at full price again. For what that's worth.

Still not enough compelling content. Not to mention that there still isn’t a way to keep your progress if a game moves off Arcade. Dreamlight Valley might be the only game to be worth the subscription fee for some, but imagine if Apple pulls it from the service after users have years of progress and custom content they created in it.

At least with Game Pass, you can purchase the game when it leaves the service and lose nothing.

Arguably Arcade is more focused on kids, but as far as I’ve seen kids seem to feel Apple Arcade has a bad reputation for fun games.

Another reason to steer clear from any and all subscriptions. They will keep raising the price and because you’re so dependent of it you can’t cancel.

and do not offer in-app purchases.
Weird way of phrasing that – makes it sound like that is a con rather than a pro.
Would be clearer to write “and have no in-app purchases”.

Apple really needs to strike some licensing deals to bring a better selection of games to their platform. My dream is for them to buy Nintendo and bring Nintendo's online gaming platform to Apple devices, but that'll never happen.
