AirPods 3 Drop to All-Time Low Price of $139.99 on Amazon, Plus More AirPods Deals

Amazon today has Apple's AirPods 2, AirPods 3 with Lightning Charging Case, and AirPods Pro 2 on sale, with up to $59 in savings on these earbuds. For the AirPods 3, this is the first time we've tracked a discount on the device in about a month.

The AirPods 2 are on sale for $89.00, down from $129.00, and the AirPods 3 with Lightning Charging Case are on sale for $139.99, down from $169.00. This discount on the AirPods 2 isn't quite an all-time low price, but it's still a good deal on the headphones that's about $10 higher compared to the typical record low price.

I've thrown out enough pairs of $200+ earbuds bc Apple, in all its environmental responsibility, can't grasp replaceable batteries.

Apple’s are disposable. Fairbuds ('https://shop.fairphone.com/fairbuds') are repairable, with an easy to replace battery.

I wish they made some with the AirPods 1/2 naturally "open" design

The fairbuds aren't all that modular or repairable. When they say repairable what they really mean is you can replace the batteries. While that is a huge deal and to be celebrated, if anything else goes wrong with them you'll have to replace an individual entire earbud more than likely.
That's all most of us care about here I think (if we are being honest)

I'd literally still be using my AirPods 1 from late 2016 if I could have replaced the batteries.

Still have them -- still work perfectly -- but last about 15 minutes (lol!)

Apple Care Plus, replace them before it runs out.

Agreed, batteries are the most likely thing to need repair with these earbuds so making that an easy at-home repair is to be championed.

I'd love to see a "Framework" level modular and repairable smartphone and ecosystem of accessories in the future. Obviously we are just in the beginning of this.
