As we wait for WWDC to kick off next Monday, Apple today announced the winners of its annual Apple Design Awards, recognizing apps and games for their innovation, ingenuity, and technical achievement.

The 2025 Apple Design Award winners are listed below, with one app and one game selected per category:

Delight and Fun - CapWords (App) and Balatro (Game)
Innovation - Play (App) and PBJ - The Musical (Game)
Interaction - Taobao (App) and Dredge (Game)
Inclusivity - Speechify (App) and Art of Fauna (Game)
Social Impact - Watch Duty (App) and Neva (Game)
Visuals and Graphics - Feather: Draw in 3D (App) and Infinity Nikki (Game)

WWDC will begin on Monday, June 9 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

I guess I'm out of the loop, but not only have I not tried any of these, I haven't even heard of any of them.
