Apple should create a line of gyms where the background music is either turned off or quiet enough that we don't have to turn up our airpods to deafening levels just to hear our music.
Or you could find a gym that doesn't have loud background music. Or you could ask the management to turn down the volume.

Your gym plays music? I work out at the YMCA and there has never been public music, other than in the workout classes.
