iOS 28 doesn't exist in public form yet – iOS 27 hasn't even gotten past its first developer beta – but Apple is reportedly already testing four unreleased products with an internal version of the software.

According to Bloomberg, the 20th anniversary iPhone, a second-generation foldable iPhone, and camera-equipped AirPods are all being tested with iOS 28.
The 20th-anniversary iPhone is perhaps the most anticipated, and is said to come in two sizes, similar to the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max expected this year. Earlier rumors suggest the anniversary devices will have an edge-to-edge display and curved glass on all sides for a nearly borderless look.
Joining the two futuristic-sounding iPhones is the second-generation foldable iPhone, a follow-up to Apple's first book-style folding smartphone that's also rumored to be dropping this fall.
Then there are the camera-equipped AirPods, which Bloomberg calls Apple's first wearable AI product. The cameras embedded in the stems are said to feed information about your surroundings to Siri, with an indicator light to tell nearby people when they're active.
All four products are expected to arrive sometime in late 2027, which is when iOS 28 will also be released, though Bloomberg notes that Apple's launch timing for the devices "remains fluid and could change."
