Apple Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, California reopened on Saturday with three key design changes, which will continue to roll out to other new and renovated stores.
MacRumors reader Katelyn H. attended the grand reopening and shared some photos of the renovations on LinkedIn. The store now has a Genius Bar again instead of a Video Wall, plus dedicated Apple Pickup and Today at Apple bays that are now part of the side shelving area known as the Avenue.

Does anyone remember how it was a much more pleasant experience visiting Apple Stores back when Ron Johnson was in charge of them? Tim Cook, being the clueless and mediocre bean counter that he is, didn't inspire Johnson enough to stay at Apple (the same story with Jony Ive), so Johnson left (the same story with Ive), and then Cook hired Angela Arhendts, who forced Apple Stores into a mold trying to be a pretentious high-end fashion brand.
Cook even paid Arhendts more than any other person working Apple to ruin Apple Stores. She even dropped the name "Store" from "Apple Store" to make it sound like a pretentious fashion luxury brand store.
I remember too. I’ve been there since I resided near the Apple Victoria Gardens since I started being an Apple fan.
There was a Kiehl's down the street from the old Victoria Gardens Apple Store if I remember right. Looks like it's not there anymore. The Gyu-Kaku was really great too.
Anyway thanks again. Going to be interesting to see how these Apple Store changes morph over time.
