Apple today updated the Shazam app for iOS with an ever so slightly frostier app icon and a new set of iMessage stickers.
To send stickers in the Messages app on the iPhone, tap the plus sign in a conversation, select Stickers, tap on the Shazam app icon, and tap on a sticker. You can also send stickers during FaceTime video calls and in other apps where the emoji keyboard is available.
Who on earth has been using Shazam stickers in the first place? These are all 8 and they’re immensely worse/weirder than I could’ve ever imagined. They look like demo images that somebody forgot to take out.

Please also apply this to every website in existence these days too. I absolutely HATE, loathe, and detest the current minimal, heiroglyphic, no buttons, everyone has a different icon for different functions aesthetic. Literally; some sites / apps use a gear for settings. Others 3 dots. Others 3 vertical lines. Others 3 horizontal lines. Etc. etc. ad infinitum. ZERO consistency.
Go back to skeuomorphic icons, Apple. In fact, go back to skeuomorphic everything. Just bring back the exact same skeuomorphism of iOS 6 and Mac OS X Mountain Lion. Purge every last pixel of flat design and flat design variants like neumorphism and glassmorphism.
