Apple today announced that Siri AI will gain support for Chinese (Traditional), Norwegian, Turkish, and Vietnamese later this year. The feature initially supported English only when it launched in September, with support for French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish added in iOS 27.2 and corresponding updates.

I understand your point but Google and OpenAI can both support those languages. So it means that Apple would be behind the competition once again.
Apple is not a charity company. They cannot possibly release every product in every language, so they have a priority list: local laws and country's gdp.
The gdp of the countries you mentioned I believe is way too low for apple to take into consideration.
