OWC's Back To School Sale Has 14-Port Thunderbolt Dock for $149.99, Plus Discounts on SSDs and More

OWC is still hosting its annual Back To School sale this week, offering big discounts on a variety of USB-C docks, memory cards, external drives and enclosures, and Mac accessories. All of the discounts have been applied automatically, so you won't need any special coupon codes.

Reposting every two weeks when this dock gets reposted on MR...

Heads up. Many of us have the OWC Thunderbolt 4 dock, and we cannot use the ethernet port, or it brings down our whole home network. Everything else works fine, but it needs an additional USB-C ethernet dongle.

It's a well-reported issue with the RTL8153 chipset used in the ethernet port. Not sure if the current OWC TB4 docks still use that chipset.

I find my TB4 dock quite useful, but from day-one it never did what it says on the tin.

And OWC did feck-all to resolve or reimburse that issue, which is exceedingly crappy of them.
