‌macOS Tahoe‌ 26.0.1 can be downloaded through the Software Update section of the System Settings app.

According to Apple's release notes, ‌macOS Tahoe‌ 26.0.1 addresses a bug that was preventing Mac Studio machines with an M3 Ultra chip from being upgraded to ‌macOS Tahoe‌. A failed hardware check was causing ‌macOS Tahoe‌ installation attempts to be aborted, with Mac Studio users ultimately stuck on macOS Sequoia.

‌Mac Studio‌ users who were unable to install ‌macOS Tahoe‌ should now be able to.

I am definitely not upgrading to Tahoe. The new GUI is ridiculous, and I'm not taking any chances with it.

I haven’t experienced any issues with Tahoe other than the unnecessarily large corner radius for windows.

Can we all agree that this corner radius is awful. Can everyone collectively leave feedback on it? We already have rounded corners and that's fine. But we're fast approaching squircle territory for all the windows. When does it end? At circles?!
It is very aweful. And even more that they didn't update all of their apps to the same corner radius. Like Pages is still looking "normal".
Adding to the corner radius of the corner itself they add overlay panels with a different radius. Which looks so strange and aweful.

And then they use round icons that aren't aligned within their round shape.

This is... beyond ugly.
